Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International Return Shipping Costs Please note that because our headquarters are located in France, all return shipping costs from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid international return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at Support@trytenra.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with our return shipping address in France and instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
