Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

Article 1: Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of men's underwear by the company Noraa (hereinafter "TENRA") on the trytenra.com website.

Article 2: Prices The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping fees. TENRA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 3: Orders You can place an order on our website: trytenra.com. TENRA reserves the right not to register a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever (supply problem, etc.).

Article 4: Payment Validating your order implies an obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal via highly secured payment platforms.

Article 5: Delivery Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. TENRA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier (La Poste/Colissimo).

Article 6: Legal Guarantees All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In addition, TENRA applies its own commercial guarantee "90-Day Comfort Guarantee" detailed in the Returns Policy.

Article 7: Applicable Law in Case of Disputes The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
