3. Standard Right of Withdrawal (Hamon Law) In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days after receipt to change your mind.

4. Refund processing times Once validated, refunds are processed within 24 hours by our services. They will appear in your bank account or PayPal within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
